All renewal payments are processed securely by Paypal & NONE of your payment information is passed to us.
The payment button sets up an automatic renewal, so you don’t have to worry about future renewal dates, this is fully under your control and can be cancelled at anytime in your own paypal account.
Following renewal payment, you will receive a confirmation email within a maximum of 24 hours
(usually within a couple of hours). This will confirm payment, domain name renewal, when paid up until.
Your renewal email will have advised the domain name renewal date.
It is important to note that if you do not renew your domain before this date, then it will stop working upon expiry
This also means associated websites, domain names, etc will cease working.
There is a small grace period after renewal where the domain can be retrieved – but this can incur additional costs.
Following short grace period, domain registration will be suspended then released back into public domain.
To avoid any of these issues, renew your domain well in advance of the renewal date
(the expiry date anniversary will be retained when renewing early, so you don’t lose time).
